Microsoft Outlook Express 5,6 Settings

  1. Open "Outlook Express".

  2. Select "Tool" and then "Accounts...".

  3. Select "Add" and then "Mail..."

  4. Input your name and click on "Next".

  5. Input your mail address and click on "Next".

  6. My incoming mail server is POP3 server. Input your POP Server Name in "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server". Input your SMTP Server Name in "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server". Click on "Next". (You will find the POP server name and SMTP server name in enclosed account information.)

  7. Input your "POP account mame/SMTP AUTH name" in "Account name". Input your "POP password/SMTP AUTH password" in "Password". Click on "Next". (You will find the account name and password in enclosed account information.)

  8. Click on "Finish".

  9. Choose KDDI account and select "Properties" .

  10. Select the "Server" tab. Select "My server requires authentication" and click on "Settings...".

  11. Check on "Log on using". Input your "POP account name/SMTP AUTH name" in "Account name". Input your "POP password/SMTP AUTH password" in "Password". Click on "Remenber password" and then"OK". (You will find the account name and password in enclosed account information.)

  12. Click on "OK" in "Propaties".


  13. Click on "Close".
